Once upon a time, in a small town, lived a boy named Russ Halsey. Russ, or Russie Hals, was always finding himself in all sorts of trouble at school.

One sunny and lively morning, Russ decided to trick his classmates. He placed a rubber spider in the teacher’s drawer. When Mrs. Thompson, the friendly and understanding teacher, opened the desk drawer, she jumped back in shock, making the whole class burst into laughter.

Russie couldn’t stop smiling at his prank, but Mrs. Thompson looked at him seriously and said, "Russ Halsey, you need to be more responsible|You need to behave better, Russ Halsey|Russ Halsey, it’s important to act responsibly}."

One day, Russ carried his pet frog in his backpack. He revealed it to his friends at recess, and all the kids were amazed. They named the frog Hopper.

But during science class, Hopper hopped away from Russ’s desk. Chaos ensued as all the students tried to grab the frog. Miss Green managed to catch Hopper and put him back in Russ’s backpack.
